Social Media Content Manager- Paid Internship

The Opportunity:

We are InTune Marketing, a young (yet super experienced and fun) team that orchestrates comprehensive Digital Strategy and Execution for companies with a passion to grow their business and build a reputable and trusted brand.

You’ll delve into social media on all levels. Social marketing is in many ways social selling, so you’ll gain valuable knowledge on lead generation and the entire customer journey.

  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly, both orally, and in writing
  • Some experience with Photoshop, Canva, or another design tool would be helpful

Requirements

    • 4 hours a week in full instruction as taught by google to gain your Accreditation
    • 6 hours a week utilizing the skills you are learning and how to apply them
    • This is a dedicated intern position and is great for someone seeking mentorship and growth in Digital Marketing

Timeframe: 12 weeks- flexible to your schedule during normal business hours

    • Helping to drive engagement across a variety of platforms and channels like Twitter, FaceBook/Meta, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
    • You’ll have a chance to pitch ideas, create original content for the web and social media, and contribute to the production of outreach materials for member-centered programs and services
    • Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on experience in writing, research, project coordination, and social media management
    • This person will also be expected to assist with media engagement, public relations strategies, social media marketing
    • Participate in the planning, production, scheduling, and publishing of social media and web content
    • Write, edit, and proofread copy as assigned
    • Conduct industry research and competitive analysis and provide actionable advice for increasing online engagement
    • Audit social media accounts for messaging consistency and performance
    • Assist with capturing and analyzing social media metrics
    • Field social media comments and inquiries
    • Provide administrative support which may include: digital file-keeping, transcribing interviews, maintaining lists and spreadsheets, sorting, tagging, indexing photos or video footage, and other tasks as needed
    • Capture photos and stories from the community
